When the air shower room is in use for a period of time, if the wind speed is very low, the filter of the air shower room should be checked immediately to see if there is too much dust accumulation, and if so, a new filter should be replaced. Generally, it needs to be exchanged every 1-6 months, while filters usually need to be exchanged every 6-12 months.
If the air shower room is unable to actively sense blowing, check the light sensing system in the lower right corner of the air shower room box to see if the light sensing equipment is installed correctly.
If the emergency stop button is red, it means that the air shower room will not blow and only needs to press the emergency stop button from the beginning to operate normally.
3. When the air shower is not working, the first thing to check is whether the urgent switch on the outer box of the disadvantaged shower door can be blocked. If it is blocked, press it quietly with your hand and rotate it to the right to release it.
4. When the fan in the air shower is reversed or the wind speed in the air shower is very low, it is necessary to check whether the 380V three-phase four wire circuit can be reversed. If the wire source of the air shower is reversed, it may cause the air shower fan to not operate or the wind speed of the rotating air shower to decrease, and in severe cases, it may burn the entire circuit board of the air shower.
