Distribution and lighting are auxiliary designs in the decoration of clean rooms in biopharmaceutical purification engineering, which play a non essential role in the cleanliness and environment of the clean room. However, as electricity is the driving force for the operation of the clean room, distribution and lighting have become particularly important.
1、 Power Distribution
The electrical load level and power supply requirements of medical industrial clean rooms should be determined based on the current * * * standard "Design Standards for Power Supply and Distribution Systems" GB and production processes. The power load and lighting load of the purified air conditioning system should be supplied by the dedicated line of the substation.
The power supply incoming line of clean rooms in the pharmaceutical industry should be equipped with blocking devices. The interception device should be located outside the medical clean area for easy operation and management.
The power supply and distribution design of fire-fighting electrical equipment in clean rooms of the pharmaceutical industry should comply with the relevant provisions of the current * * standard "Building Design Fire Protection Standard" GB.
The distribution equipment in the medical cleanroom should be selected as small covered concealed distribution boxes and socket boxes that are not prone to dust accumulation, easy to clean, and have a corrosion-resistant outer shell. Large floor mounted distribution equipment should not be installed in pharmaceutical cleanrooms, and high-power equipment should be directly powered by the distribution room.
The distribution circuit in the clean room of the pharmaceutical industry should be set up according to the production area.
The distribution circuit of the ventilation system in clean rooms of the pharmaceutical industry should be set up according to different fire zones.
The electrical pipelines in the medical cleanroom should be laid in the skill interlayer or skill aisle, and non combustible materials should be selected for the pipes.
The electrical pipelines and grounding wires connected to the equipment in the medical cleanroom should be concealed. The electrical circuit protection tube should be made of stainless steel or other materials that are not suitable for corrosion, and the grounding wire should be made of stainless steel material.
The electrical pipeline openings in the medical cleanroom, as well as the joints between various electrical equipment installed on the wall and the wall, should be sealed.
2、 Lighting
The lighting source for pharmaceutical cleanrooms should be high-efficiency fluorescent lamps. When the production process has special requirements and cannot meet the skill and economic indicators of lighting design, other light sources can also be used.
Medical cleanrooms should use lighting fixtures with simple exterior design, low dust accumulation, easy cleaning, and easy disinfection and sterilization.
The lighting fixtures in medical cleanrooms should be installed on the ceiling, and sealing measures should be taken at the joint between the fixtures and the ceiling. When it is necessary to use embedded ceiling concealed installation, the concealed installation gap should be sealed, and the lamp structure should be easy to clean, as well as easy to replace the lamp tube and maintain under the ceiling. The control switch of the ultraviolet disinfection lamp should be set outside the clean room. Medical cleanrooms should provide illumination according to the requirements of actual work. The illuminance value should comply with the requirements of Article 3.2.5 of this standard. The main working room of the medical cleanroom should have a general illumination uniformity of not less than 0.7.
